I honestly have such an intense love-hate relationship with this movie. I literally watched expecting a cliche rom-com that I can laugh about, ended up as an emotional mess. A word of advice, don’t watch this at 3 in the morning, it’s pretty challenging to try to cry silently.

Sorry to those how love it, but I truly can’t stand this movie. I know that romantic comedies are far from the real life, but there is something in how it’s highly impossible for people to not comunicate for such a long time or don’t drunk texted other person.

Cute but it pissed me off how unrealistically long it took for one of them to make a fucking move

Sam Clafin and Lily Collins looked so good, but this movie was at its core a rage-bait montage. I loved the side plot with the real dad, but knew that it wasn’t going to last. It was just really nice to see how the real family would be like together.

I get it that love isn't always perfect and happy like in all romcoms but this one wtf. I expected something cute or their reunion after 1-3 years. 12 years without speaking and they are still good? They end up togheter 12 years after they fell in love???

Not my usual genre but it's a solid rom-dram. My girl loved it, so did I.

This has and will forever be my fav romcom. I adore Sam Clafflin and the chemistry between Rosie and Alex is just chefs kiss. I love the fact that they both like eachother but never tell the other. Only thing I didn’t like was when Rosie’s dad dies. Apart from that 100/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Better late than never

I have never loved a character so quickly before but Rosie♥️ This movie was soo good! Acting was just spot on and the Yearning God! Reminded me of Normal People for a second😅 Rosie went through a lot and kept a happy face 🥲and her bff, she too was so good! Loved it! One of my fav🍿

my favorite romantic movie :)

i was so frustrated, but I moved it so much because it reminded me of a book named ''a love letter to whiskey - Kandi Steiner'' and it was a five star for me.
