I remember watching this as a kid, hate it as an adult tho😭 1. Who was gonna tell me Maurice is played by mf HOWIE MANDEL 2. The amount of times I wanted to slap Maurice is ridiculous 3. Wtf is Snik’s problem and 4. The dad is absolutely insufferable bro HELP YOUR WIFE

I've loved this movie since I was like 7. And, I couldn't believe I never reviewed it. the movie's importance in Homestuck inspired me to rewatch this. and yes, this movie is bad.

As a kid, this was where I wish I had a monster friend. It's a fun watch with mature themes. Maybe some things haven't aged well.

But, lemme tell yah the monster world is a vibe.

I feel like Insidious took some inspiration from Boy’s room
