anne hatherway i’m convinced just never ages!!

Not as good as the original play, that’s for sure. Russel Crowe is not good in this movie, Hugh Jackman could’ve damaged his vocal chords from dehydration, and the director of this movie thought it would be a good idea to record the singing live (he went on to direct Cats).

5.79/10. I’m sorry I really wanted to like this. But there is just too much singing for me. The overall story is great and acting is great too. But there’s only like 10 lines in a 2.5 hour movie that just normal speaking. Broadway shows have less singing than this.

Not my favourite music. Got rather bored at some parts. But a powerful and timeless piece of dramatised history non the less.

honestly, the cinematography kinda sucked in this. otherwise, the story was good but hard to follow. the story was great. the music was pretty good too.

Phenomenal acting and singing. Loved Hugh jackman and Anne Hathaway!!!
