So much potential and good cinematography but the end was fucking stupid and the kids in this movie were unbearable. If my kid ever watched tv alone in a bomb shelter they found instead of telling the rest of the family while bombs are CURRENTLY dropping.. dumb ending w 0 resolve

2hrs & I feel like so much is either left in answered or implied and maybe I’m just too stupid to put it together
Why were the deer staring?
Why wasn’t the family of the bunker there?
Is it safe to assume her mom is dead?
Why is the nation unstable and in need to a civil war,

That’s how you end the film?!?! I’m glad Rosie finally got to see the end of F.R.I.E.N.D.S., but I thought we would get more? Like the whole group making it into the bunker and maybe some of their time in the bunker! I haven’t read the book, so maybe that's how they ended it as well. I’m definitely putting it on my T.B.R. Archie was a bit of an asshole to Rose, but what big brothers aren’t. I found that at times Amanda could be a Karen, and sometimes Danny a wuss, while Ruth was a little judgmental. Ultimately, it was a good film because the tension was perfectly thick and unsettling for an end-of-times film. I’d recommend it but wouldn't watch it again.
