Who killed Alice?

There is a lot of hype around this film but I found it slow, drawn out and without any horror.

I don’t know how to feel about this.
First of all I want to say if you have already seen that one pretty popular uncanny scene of the film, don’t waste your time watching the whole thing as the movie pretty much only revolve around that one scene.
However the concept is very interesting and it is still probably one of my scariest watch, but as I said if you have already heard of Lake Mungo online you probably know everything there is to know about it. I also really wish they didn’t film this in a documentary style, it does make the movie a lot more cold and strange but quite boring aswell…

This movie feels like a cool blanket. The experience of watching it drags you to the bottom of the lake and releases you sooner than you want it to. Lake Mungo gets why ghosts are grief personified.
