believe me i understand the point of the movie, but lady bird was so fucking annoying oh my god like yes we know youโ€™re so quirky and hate your mom just shut up just shut the fuck up (i may not be the target audience๐Ÿ˜ญ)

ngl i cried like 3 times. this movie is realistic with its mother-daughter dynamic & its portrayal of a teenager transitioning into adulthood.

Watch the OG Real Women have curves, this one was okay. I just donโ€™t like the whitewashing ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿป

Somehow managing to be hilarious one moment and heartbreaking the next, Lady Bird is so relatable that it hurts. This is a movie so full of heart and originality that you canโ€™t help but smile then promptly cry like a baby.

Very realistic. Sometimes funny, sometimes lovely and sometimes frustrating. I had extremely high expectations due to its fame, and although it is not as good as I thought, it is still great. I cried a couple times too.

I like the realness feel and that it was kinda relatable but at the same time it was not super interesting. I honestly just didnโ€™t rly like it but cant place why.

This is really good. I didnโ€™t like it the first time I watched it, but having watched it a second time has really changed my perspective. It was really good. I definitely recommend this film. Very real and very raw. Average teenage girl experience.

i know some people love love love this movie and absolutely live for it which is why i was expecting this movie to be amazing and it was just meh. didnโ€™t love it because it was just unrelatable and almost felt like i was watching a millenial try to play a teenager

This movie is dangerous and harmful. Where it tries to be a story of family and tough love if becomes a nightmare that glorifies emotional and mental abuse and neglect and no doubt has empowered real parents to do the same to their kids and guilt traumatized people to forgive.

It was so fast. I loved it so much. I cried way too much. I donโ€™t remember it being this sad

I saw this as just a girls experience of life growing up coming of age. I think I saw myself in her character just because of her complicated relationship with her mother. I think I found it strange that there wasn't a focal point in the movie like, romance or slice of life. There's is a big hybridity of genre in this movie I think. There's soundtrack it really good. And I didn't quite get that she lied to like new friends she was making about her life there wasn't a point where she changed. I think I missed that character development. But I think the epiphany came in at the end. It's good but not my fav

I cannot comprehend why this film got multiple awards. I see the coming of age as the mother issues themes, but where did the whole storyline go? pretty much overrated on what it portrayed. anyway, not my kind of film.

Probably the one I found more surprised it wasn't a meh.. Definitely not for me, still questioning this all

i have to say i was quite disappointed with the film. outside of the car scene in the beginning, I did not enjoy most of it

8.1/ Last movie Iโ€™ve seen this year. Music choices AMAZING, acting from our lead and the โ€œmomโ€ are fantastically played. Their moments together really made the movie. Not one of the best movies Iโ€™ve seen tho, but very fun!>
