The Stranger Reviews

I didn’t know of the book before watching this so I can’t comment on accuracy, but what I can say is the cinematography is sublime, every word and every moment of silence had purpose, there was an emptiness that felt so captivating. I’ll definitely be rewatching this.

in my opinion it was a really challenging and difficult adaptation to make but the job was nicely done, benjamin voisin was a great meursault, he really had nothing in his eyes

This movie may not be perfect depiction of the book however itbdoes one thing that makes it great it puts you in the head of the main character and although to most of us he is a complete stranger in the end of movie you understnd him perfectly

...but he's so fine...

2 heures en noir et blanc c’est un non pour moi

Mother used to say that however miserable one is, there’s always something to be thankful for. And each morning, when the sky brightened and light began to flood my cell, I agreed with her.

beautiful adaptation

I was conflicted with hot Meursault

watched with mi lauv, amazing cinematography. mundane but great storyline

fuck around and find out

Der Film hat mich so fertig gemacht Alter was

Adaptation fidèle et visuellement très belle

une adaptation qui fait honneur au texte. la futilité de la narration et la simplicité vide et insondable de Meursault sont représentées avec talent.
