Jeff bridges is so awesome , Dwan is so hot and so fucking dumb also, and I fucking love that monkey 🙈 kongs death is pretty bloody

Better than expect, quality wise. I’d say it hold up as long as you’re planning on watching an old cheesy kong film. Pretty graphic ending.

This movie has only the name in common with the original classic from 1933. The special effects are laughable. The poster of Kong atop the World Trade Centers is arguably the most memorable aspect of the movie, now a tragically ironic reminder of New York’s fallen skyline.

A great metaphor for what happens when man finds an exotic animal, documents exotic animal, captures it, shows it to public, animal escapes, and wreaks havoc, and man kills animal.
