Kind Hearts and Coronets

Like kinda fun but not my fav old film and some parts could’ve been shorter while others could’ve been better elaborated on. After watching I find out Alec PLAYED EVERYONE and i must give him 10 big booms.

Amazing flashback storytelling that makes you completely forget there is a narrator throughout. I am a bit thrown off by the use of the n word at the end of the film, as it came out of completely nowhere and makes 0 sense logically. Is this just me?

Really funny but not in the way you’d expect. Feels experimental even for today’s standards. Alec Guinness is really great and he plays this sly and calculating character very well. It’s excellently structured and is paced to perfection. Very fun experience
