This movie was good I didn’t watch it from the very beginning but it was good still I thought it would’ve been more and keep going a little more at the end but I still liked it.

Its a fun watch. Not really a movie that you take seriously.

For Anderson .Paak’s directorial debut, this was not bad at all.

The main reason why I put it in “meh” is because the beginning fucks with the momentum for the rest of the movie.

There are some creative things like using animation for some transitions, but for some reason they seemed to not have a theme when they used animation for what transitions. Lots of transitions were live action shots, so I wish it was a bit more consistent on that part because I thought it was really cool.

The corny lines and story of the beginning really threw me off. This film got better the more you watched, but because of the intro, the corny stuff throughout the rest of the movie stood out more than it should have.

Now, i can’t be too critical since .Paak produced and directed this, and I think for a first timer, this is a great job.

It’s funny sometimes, the acting isn’t bad, and the story seems pretty linear and straightforward.

I wouldn’t recommend watching necessarily, but I really hope .Paak is interested in doing more because there is 100% potential here.
