Great movie… makes ya think twice about messing with people

Glad I stumbled on this underrated gem. It’s simple, but the way they deliver it is what makes it so attractive (the main lead too, hehe). The tension, the villain, the creep factor—it’s all palpable.

John Dahl’s good direction can’t save this silly and pitiful b-movie. Aside from Steven Zahn’s, the rest of the performances are very artificial and stilted. Then there’s no sense of logic in the script. It’s painfully obvious this is a 2000s thriller geared towards teens.
