This shit is straight up dog shit I don’t recommend at all what a disgrace to the John wick franchise

Amazing action sequences paired perfectly with music that goes hard. Long but never felt bored. The ultimate plane movie 😅

Perhaps I was too harsh upon initial release. I still do think the story elements, like in the last one, are SEVERELY lacking, but there’s plenty of other elements to make up for it.

I get the notion “suspension of disbelief” - but jumping out of a 4-story building and being pushed down *checks notes* 222 STEPS!!! and getting up fine and dandy is a few steps, if you pardon the pun, too far! Set pieces are magnificent though, choreography yes, but even the sets which they’re taking place on, particularly the Osaka segment and the obligatory nightclub shootout.

I feel like the bits where John is stumbling around with sore legs is actually just Keanu suffering, they had him do some gnarly shit here, more than ever before - you do get a bit concerned. Love Donnie Yen, very intrigued by this spin-off that’s currently filming, even happier to see Mason Thames getting cast, I’m a big advocate for his upcoming stardom.

Baffled as to how/why we’re getting a Chapter 5. I think the ship has sailed, let was has been, be.
