Honestly a really fantastic special. I think it was very brave of him to talk so much about rehab and his drug addiction. His storytelling ability and natural comedy is on full display here. I have nothing bad to say and I hope for nothing but the best for him. You go Baby J.

Just talks about one topic the entire time, I did laugh a few times but overall it isn’t anything you need to watch.

boring, i didn’t like it.

The best comeback so far. Shit is actually really depressing. Through the laughs and fun poked at a lot of the situations, hearing about all the struggles of someone I looked up to for a good part of life is heartbreaking

It just felt so necessary. Tons of funny stuff, it feels like the most “real” Mulaney we’ve ever seen. Seems like he’s added a new layer to his act, and although he denies it he still has energy. Wouldn’t say it’s any better or worse than his other specials. Best wishes to him

honestly not super funny. i was a little disappointed. its pretty depressing and he comes across as bitter and defensive. he also only talks about his addiction. I saw this live and it felt funnier. i dont hate it but its one of his worse movies.

Saw this tour live when it was still called “From Scratch” and it was still just as funny. Dives into stories about addiction that should be uncomfortable but he makes it funny.
