Unfortunate that Dune got a movie before this (+ I'd seen new Dune prior) because I can't help but compare. The doer was outdid 😭

Feel like it had everything needed to be a great film but just didn’t quite flow. None the less, definitely worth a watch at least once

I love the book. I love the movie. I think it’s incredibly underrated more people need to know how influential the story it’s based on is. That being said whoever decided this movie should just be named “John Carter” instead of Barsoom or John Carter of Mars deserves to be fired.

best space fantasy ever

8/10 Quite fun! Still very different than other space/planet films. Enjoyable and entertaining.

Pretty fun sci-fi movie, a decent watch

It was okay. A cheesy sci-fi movie if you like those. I felt it was one of those that should have been made a TV show later, it just felt a little too fast paced for me.

It was pretty good for the biggest flop ever but too much stuff going on.

Couldn’t finish it

watched it for the millionth time, and even after all that, the movie still remains one of the greatest I ever watched.

the cast, the acting, the CGI and the relationship between the princess and John Carter is unique in an imaginable way.
