Was actually very interesting. The pacing felt kind of slow and just like it kept going but it matched the vibe of the content and just an interesting look at the life an expert

Great documentary with a lot of lessons to ponder.  Very different culture of work & trades than we have in America.  I liked the idea discussed of a "Shokunin."  There's something beautiful about a man performing his trade excellently, and doing it with the same excellence every day.  But we also see a few possible consequences in his personal life of this ultimate dedication being taken too far.

It’s a documentary , so it depends on the person watching.
