the fact that people go into the water in cages to see sharks WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU

A movie where a kid dies by a shark attack with lots of witnesses but the only thing most of the towns people care about is that the Chief wants to close the beach.

This movie is the reason I won’t swim in the ocean.
This film is so good.

this classic still holds up! it’s suspenseful, thrilling, and surprisingly intense. the shark scenes are iconic, and the score is unforgettable. while slow at times, it’s still an enjoyable watch—it builds tension well without relying on constant action!

One of my favorite childhood movies.
