Man I really thought I was gonna love this movie based on the beginning but I just expected so much more, Gyllenhaal was still great tho and I enjoyed the movie

Not your average action packed gun blasting war movie. It was mental. You felt the pain and disappointment they felt. Amazing acting 10/10 on all part. Amazing movie. Definitely a top 5

I liked this film. I liked how it focused more on the mentality of a marine, but I really wanted to see more action. The acting was just perfect from Jake Gyllenhaal and it’s prob my fav role he’s played.

some powerful and simple imagery to convey the destruction caused by American greed and politics- both in individuals and entire countries.
