Annoying

Watched this as a child and I remember just having bad time with this one (nothing to do with the story probably but just not a children’s movie brrr)

Weird and gives me fever dreams. This movie feels like a false past memory.

The movie I watched after coming home from the hospital as a child and now I can’t watch it because it’s terrifying and weird so sorry I don’t want this prejudice but it’s too late it’s already formed

This is one of those older movies that I like but I don’t really know if they hold up today. It’s a good stop motion movie, one that doesn’t get a lot of recognition like Fantastic Mr. Fox, Nightmare Before, Coraline, etc. But it’s a solid movie imo.

It’s such a wonderous piece of imagination. I loved Henry Selick’s work with stop motion animation but unfortunately his recent works are just not as good as this. He always keep me on my toes tho with what ever he does next

I loved this fever dream of a movie. It was strange and comforting at the same time. I’m glad James got away from his abuse. Stop-motion movies are literally so cool. (8-12-26)

one of my favourite childhood films

Like a lot of other people are saying, it just doesn't hold up well over time. But I did find it interesting how many different animation styles are used throughout the whole movie.

This movie is so cool I’m tired of denying myself the joy of watching it. When I was little I used to wish I was a cool bug like the ones in the book and movie.
