I'm really glad this was hella good bc it's the last film I had left in Tarantino's filmography.
Incredible writing as usual, idk smth about his scripts that hijacks my attention and eyes right from the first moment to the last,-

This was a long movie, took some time to get to it. Felt like some sort of heist movie. Not rewatchable for me but glad I’ve seen it.

Incredibly underrated. The main critique of this movie is that it is too long, especially when considering the premise, and it might be, but I was okay with it cause the extra time helped it function as a great character study, worth a watch for Tarantino fans

I figured out this was a Tarantino film when there were three consecutive pans to an actress’s feet within a minute

⚫This is the second version of this since the first one got deleted (just look at it with fresh eyes).
I don't think I am a Tarantino-kind of guy. Most of his films feel pretty self-indulgent and long-winded to me. I did enjoy the characters of Grier and Jackson, though. 🟡

8/10 - a movie under the radar but is so well done. I just wanted to see more character interactions. Maybe some pacing issues but damn what a good movie. Samuel L crushes it. Wonder why Pam Grier wasn’t in more stuff.

I genuinely had no idea how this movie would end until the very final scene. It’s thrilling, it’s interesting, it’s got great characters, and it’s probably Tarantino’s most underrated film.

One of Tarantino's best, perhaps second to Pulp Fiction, with a star turn from Bridget Fonda and very enjoyable performances from the rest of the cast, including Pam Grier and Robert Forster as Jackie Brown and Max Cherry.

Luckily there are some nice scenes, because the film in general failed to captivate me.

actually really enjoyed this movie. The cast was stacked. deniro and jackson had some great characters. this is probably my favorite tarantino movie i’ve seen beside kill bill. It was def long but was def worth the 2 and a half hr watch. Jackie was such a badass. 8/10
