2) create a movie about a woman in shock after a terrible event, why??

For one brief and shining moment, there was a Camelot.

I’m still thinking about this one months later. Very stunning piece of art and great acting from Natalie Portman. I would recommend this one to anyone who is looking for something refreshing to watch.

so brilliantly captured the pain of the human experience that is losing someone you love in a terrible way, and the weight of responsibility that comes afterwards when you must decide if you can go on or not. Jackie had impossible decisions to make, and she made them flawlessly.

Cinematography was beautiful and Natalie Portman was brilliant!

While the accuracy of this movie is debated, it remains a distinct work of art which values genuineness over glorification.

This is how a biopic is done. Portman did an excellent job as Jackie, probably one of the best casted biopics to date. Unfathomable trauma. Plus so many discrepancies to unpack.

so powerful. this was really good and beautiful set design and wardrobe.
