It’s decent, but it’s definitely a B movie. I couldn’t get on board with the mother daughter relationship. I feel like they should’ve gone with sisters and in any case I feel like the daughter was a discount version of Amber Tamblyn.

Genuinely fire. It kept me on my toes, feels unlike anything I’ve watched before, and it was cinematically very well done. I loved the way the monster looked too, and all the injuries looked really cool and were tasteful. Solid 9/10 movie

The mom was such a coward at the beginning and the connection between the daughter and mom wasn’t there…which made the acting a bit off for me. 4/10

reminiscent of some other horror films, i think of insidious and smile but it did enough to set itself apart
i was engaged in the story and it was a nice watch, especially to see a woman be believed
this is personal preference but i wish the visuals were a bit gnarlier/gorier?

In between a Meh and a like. The last portion of the movie saved it for me. The characters drove me crazy but the concept was cool.

75/100 last 35 mins or so was outstanding (+10) getting there was a grind due to the way supporting characters were written to be dumb as rocks
