Into the Woods

Obviously an all star cast but like many movie musicals, do yourself a favor and go watch the musical. A live performance always does a better job. Especially when it comes to pacing. I got 30 minutes into this movie and thought it had been over an hour and it wasn’t!

I feel like they took all the good scenes from the movie and cut them to make the trailer look amazing but this movie is so so boring 2/10

It's a musical wirh Meryl Streep, what's not to love? And the scores? just great

Welcome to the musical that hates and pretty much exclusively kills moms like wtf with that? But I really liked it, Anna Kendrick's voice sounded amazing, Meryl Streep should really give lessons to Gal Gadot about how to sing like the villain and the ambiance in general was great

i think it delivered pretty well. broadway will always be different than the movie adaptations, but into the woods was pretty accurate and i felt like they tried to stay true to the original story and theater style.
