Into the Woods

Obviously an all star cast but like many movie musicals, do yourself a favor and go watch the musical. A live performance always does a better job. Especially when it comes to pacing. I got 30 minutes into this movie and thought it had been over an hour and it wasn’t!

I feel like they took all the good scenes from the movie and cut them to make the trailer look amazing but this movie is so so boring 2/10

Amazing songs, fun premise, but boring story. I bet the musical does a better job. Meryl Streep was the best part, character and story wise (and of course musically). Anna Kendrick was also delightfully. I really wish James Cordon wasn’t in it 🫠

Unpopular opinion: me gusta más que el musical original. Gran reparto, ambientación inmejorable y todas las canciones son un bop. Lo mejor: todo el primer acto y el final. Mención honorable a "Agony", la más precisa relación entre hermanos en una película.
