a very interesting way of life and seeing the world from an unseen lens which looks like something everybody would need in some point in their lives but it got a very sad and tragic turn and illustrated that in its simple and utter beauty it also can get very dangerous

Insane that this is based on a true story. I loved this movie I recommend this to everyone

OH MY GOD EDDIE VEDDER DID THE SOUNDTRACK. This movie is about a true story that is absolutely whack and should be taken lightly because people still die trying to do what this kid did but omg this movie is so good. It’s sad and I guess inspiring in a way???

It talks about balance, about not to be extremist in a way on in the other one. About the fact that sometimes you have to deal with things in order to truly understand them. And about the fact that sometimes you have to compromise. Emile Hirsch's great and the soundtracks are too

This movie is beautiful, the desperate need to escape society’s idealism and seek pure freedom in nature. The portrayal of human relationships and the connection to nature is done in a way that changes your perspective and encapsulates humanity in a different light.

Definitely one of my top fav movies it was incredible and reminded me of adventures I went on with my mom during my childhood and his perspective is so true, living life how you want and exploring the world is so much better then what’s expected in todays world

Into the wild is one of my favorite movies of all time, I took a lot of inspiration from this movie and it helped me think independantly from others, it helped me relize what i want to do in life. I feel like i can think on my own and say what I want to say when I want to say it.

I watched the whole movie and thought maybe he just had bad lighting in the first scene. No he just looks like that.

This movie was amazing. Eddie Vedder did great job with the soundtrack, and this movie made me think a lot about my life. I’m 18 years old, going into college, and I have no idea what I’m going to be doing at 23 years old.

Beautiful movie about freedom, love for nature and the world, family, friendship, willpower, personal growth and the beauty of the soul. I love movies that want to send a message and this one did. Great acting and beautiful shots of the nature. Great movie.
