literally one of if not my fav horror movie of all time

Pretty solid horror film. Normally, jump scares in movies are cheesy and they never get me, but there were some really good ones here. And the ending… what a cliffhanger! Now I feel like I have to watch the second one.

What. The. Hell.
I don’t think I’ve ever been this scared watching a horror movie; it had me on the edge of my seat and even gave me goosebumps a few times. Some of the “creatures” were maybe a bit too exaggerated though, which made it lose some of the scariness at times.

Decently spooky. A better experience when you’ve already watched a lot of haunted house movies, and know a little bit about psychics and paranormal investigators. It’s goofy, especially towards the end, but it’s also gently and lovingly poking fun at aspects of the genre.
