Infirmary Reviews

hyped up just to be another failed grave encounters clone. concept was their but drastically falls of in the final act.

6/10

This was honestly a pretty big disappointment. One of my most anticipated horror movies this year and it fell completely flat.

Aside from the pretty rough acting, it seems the writers just have no idea how to write a good horror film. What should have been long, tense moments of silence and fear were packed so full of silly and ridiculous dialogue. You’re never able to sit in a moment and be scared because the movie is so full of talking. Especially for this sub genre, the silence is so key, and there is hardly any.

There are a couple moments (and I mean literally two) that gave me a bit of a spook. But overall it’s just such a bummer that something with so much promise (a found footage horror in an ABANDONED HOSPITAL) falls so short.

It had some good parts but it was mostly just ok

It could have BEEN way better

Boring.

Loved how this looked, great camerawork, excellent lighting, creepy!

Loved it in a bad kinda way, bc it was bad

It had potential to be better but it’s a slow start. It’s still a creepy watch!

Nothing ruins a great idea for an horror movie quite like laughably bad acting. Super disappointing.

Just a lot of walking around in dark halls.

I think I liked it? Couldn’t choose between like or meh so here we are
