The best of the 3, IMHO

Almost a loved, not quite as good as Temple overall. Great father son dynamic, very funny. Best of the original 3 for pure treasure hunt adventure, also the best (and only) character development. Hot nazi (not Marion). Plot is tighter than Raiders, unfortunately the ending drags

The dad? That was great addition to the movie!!! The only thing is that this movie isn’t very rememberable until the very end. The hitler scene made me laugh so hard!!! Also the ending was okay, was shock to see the dad shot, but understandable!

Great adventurous Indiana Jones movie

All-timer. Nothing short of exemplary filmmaking, this was where Spielberg and his team finally cracked these films.

The set pieces are extraordinarily grand, pushing the boundaries of realism JUST far enough without being completely silly. The journey this time around is the best of all the films, well and truly location spanning, each place offering its own unique opportunities to play with - and it’s marvellous.

Sean Connery is an absolutely incredible addition, the back and forth between him and Ford is sublime and never doesn’t hit the intended comedic mark. I also really enjoy the proper inclusion of side characters Brody and Sallah - the moments where the four of them together toward the end are when the film is at its peak.

Some unreal editing going on here, both the “famed cuts” are constantly making the rounds on social media with copy and pasted tweets, but their effects aren’t diminished. They really are that good.
