Absolute motherfcker of a movie. The movie was a banger, albeit the story may be a bit lacking. definitely a must watch for everyone. do not search up spoilers before watching pls. to ruin the climax of this movie is to commit a sin worse than murder.

wow absolutely thrilling journey, and what a fucking twist at the end. loved how they tricked us into thinking the long lost brother is still out there rogue, so clever and beautifully done. the acting was great, and i was hooked start to finish.what atragic yet beautiful story.

This wins the award for the biggest plot twist. What a film. Stunning cinematography, a complex story that thoughtfully explores war and religion, and—kid you not—the most horrifying gasp I’ve ever witnessed on screen. I had the exact same reaction

Holy shit this movie is absolutely mind blowing, it’s amazing.
The story is so well written and crazy, the twist at the end genuinely jaw dropping and it has to be one of the best/craziest endings for a movie I’ve seen.
It’s got really good cinematography, shocking moments, the characters are good and really well acted, man this shit is so awesome that I can’t recommend it enough!
I think the only reason I’m not giving it a 10 is that it’s ever so slightly slow for the first half, and sometimes I got confused about whether I was watching the mum or the daughter at some stages, this is mostly me being an idiot, but that first part is a tiny complaint that’s stopping it from being a 10.
Regardless, this movie just adds to the reasons why Villeneuve is a goat director!
My score: 9.5/10
