In the Heart of the Sea Reviews

Chris Hemsworth

great cast but a bit yucky at times, not a fan of dead whale insides 🫶🏻 however i do like that it was inspired by Moby Dick

I had a lot of critiques in the first half, but second half was far better. I liked it near as much as I did a decade ago.

Hemsworth sucked
Terrible exposition
The introduction was unnecessary, shouldve started with the voyage
The land parts look fake.

Second half was very fun

Fun

My grandma once told me never to trust a man named Todd and after watching this movie I finally understand why

This is became one of my favorite movies of all time, the visual effects are simply outstanding… perhaps to say something as a con it gets large before the wreckage, but nothing too bad.

Pretty solid and decent visuals 7/10

Boring asf

Not bad but not so good

Ok

the effects in it were flabbergasting, and with the sad emotions in it. it was an amazing movie.

It made me sick to my core it’s such a great presentation of a great book it describes Surviver’s Gulit perfectly

really fucked with this when it came out. 7.1/10

nice

8/10

Not bad, just a film to kill time with a great cast.

5/10

very good film with great cast

Too spooky

I thought it was kind of slow sometimes but it was still a great movie.
