loved vedang raina and diljit dosanjh's acting a lot but there was smthg missing in this film which made me not like it much

Very epic, very emotional, and a touching story about love in dark, dark times.

Made me cry, it’s so sad what happened during partition

What started off as a love story turned out to be so much more. Imtiaz ali beautifully portrays the pain of the partition and the search for what was lost, for one last closure before death.

A very strong message about Commitment. And about a thing you love so dearly you cannot let it go! Movie felt emotional but some angles were redundant such as the homecoming to India one but the message in the end about war was very strong.

First half was a slow burn and cheesy. Second half was emotional asf, genuinely heartbreaking shi and the performances from everyone were great. The partition will always be such a painful wound on Indian and Pakistani people fuck Britain. End song by Diljit with the visuals 🔥💔
