discovering the story of such a grand composer as Beethoven was great, the thrill of wanting... no, needing to know who his immortal beloved was until the end was present. Which only made it an interesting and not-so-boring movie to watch.

Loved this movie for its music and quite possibly the story behind the man who created it. Hard to say if he wrote these pieces as portrayed but as a musician I can say that songs come from the heart both in good times and in bad. What he wrote could have been inspired by life
