Immaculate

Based on the trailer alone, I thought this movie was going to be a cliche religious horror movie involving a supernatural pregnancy but the reveal of what is actually going on surprised me a lot. Also, Sydney Sweeney’s performance genuinely impressed me, especially at the end

Felt like a whole lot of build up for no climax… like 2 kind of jump scares but mostly just kind of vaguely unsettling and they didn’t even show the baby at the end??? And the weird red nuns? What was up with the opening scene just never going to bring that up?

sydney needed a breakout role to get out of the “big boob blonde” trope and this was definitely it! it showcased that she genuinely is a good actress. ending scene🫣🫣girl put her ALL into that!!! i love women rage in films.

I wish they had shown the baby at the end

This was absolutely not what I was expecting, and it's terrifying in the sense that it could very well be possible. Anyways, it was quite a good movie.A bit boring in some areas.But overall, it's a very solid film, and I would recommend it.
