Awesome movie super weird!

I loooooved the scenes with kakihara and the rest of the gang members but hated pretty much anything with Ichi, the cgi is a little dated but outside of that it’s still a pretty nice watch

This is quite the movie! Not for the faint of heart.

First things first, it is definitely one that looses itself in the twisted pleasures of the human flesh that it’s desperately and repeatedly trying to present to us, one that sadly despite having incredible gore elements ignores every physical law known to man disconnecting us!

I’m not sure if I liked this movie. The storyline and meaning behind the movie is very powerful. But, there was no need for so much violence towards women in this movie when they all had nothing to do with the actual plot line. !!Definitely a big trigger warning for this movie!!

had a hard time watching the hyper violence

Was expecting better. Lots of violence. Bad cgi but I thought the practical effects were good. Quite confusing at times

entertaining when it comes to the plot, kept me interested. it was a little slow but still done well. the ending confused me a little bit, need to rewatch. wish i watched it sooner, some great concepts when it comes to onscreen killing and gore.

I appreciate the "Hellraiser" type of gore. As soon as I saw the CGI, dead giveaway, it's early 2000s. The ending was kind of confusing, but pretty damn good for a serial killer thriller with some more violence than you'd expect.

Weird ass Japanese movie man 😭 I honestly wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, but I did enjoy it. The gore crazy, but the ending made 0 sense to me, 7/10.

Apparently everyone loves this but I hated it. Man do they hate women. So much violence and rape or talking about it. No one to root for at all. Some twisted stuff and bad cgi and a complicated plot. Not for me. But maybe for you.
