I think the reason this is so good is because it's a 2-hour-long recreation of human history, only the stakes are drastically higher and realistically unknown. It adds both mystery and suspense, wanting to see a glimpse of our potential future. On top of that, there's a well-written Will Smith and refreshing action/visuals. The design sticks to basic expectations but it does it so well, that you feel the uncanny eerieness. The thing I think I loved most was the warnings, as soon as humanity loses its 'human'ity the world and everything in it declines. The first chase scene sums this timeless story up perfectly.

What an amazing film, so much depth in the conversation and such an interesting story. You just know a film is good and ahead of its time when its theme becomes more relevant with time.

Iβve had this film on my list for such a long time, I have the Dvd of this again couldnβt beat the nostalgic feeling of physical media.
I mean itβs not brilliant but itβs good for its age. The futuristic vibe is cool I love futuristic films.
Solid 8/10

Nahh this freaked me out, feels like it's only a matter of time before it happens in real life.
Also why did I get flashed by Will after like the first 2 minutes ( not complaining though π).

βI, Robotβ is a underrated Sci-Fi thriller starring Will Smith and other great group of actors about robots and the topic of artificial intelligence and the dangers it could create. This film is a very solid murder thriller with well done action and performances.

One of my favorites from childhood. Still rips. Sonny is voiced by Alan Tudyk my arch nemesis though. Oh well.
