7.75 - I really enjoyed this. I like that you’re not supposed to like Lawrence, he’s been through a lot and is reacting to it and that’s affecting the world around him. It doesn’t shy away from the ugly sides of life in a raw and natural manner.

I didn’t know that disgusting pervert Percy was going to be in this movie, but otherwise it was good. i was fucking with lawrence idc. I think if I were a man, I’d probably be him.

Must mean something when the movies main character is 100% unlikeable and just insufferable garbage but the movie somehow manages to keep your eyes glued to the screen

crazy mixed feelings. love and hate every character but that prolly makes it good cuz it’s real. beautifully shot, amazing framing. 4:3!! but only a like because I had a pit in my stomach for like half of it.

he clearly still didn’t jerk off enough. beautifully written, meticulously shot, and has a painful piece-of-shit protagonist, just like all the best coming-of-age films. a bit too brutal but there’s a strong message here. made for losers who use queue and own like 300 dvds (me)

8.0~ “Sherk is not a “Real” Cinema” excuse me… well this is really good movie, my opinion I don’t like Lawrance much, Alana was right, he is narcissistic but a good person. Overall, love the movie, feels so nostalgia’s color grading, ratio 1:1 and DVD rent, really good. Loved it.

I think it’s such a cute movie, and Lawrence is so me. He was so fucking annoying at the start which reminded me of me. At the end he made major character development, such a cool movie and I love how it’s in Canada😇😇😇 (i love him and alana’s relationship)

The protagonist is very unlikeable. It makes me feel sorry for the mom and makes me want to form a better relationship with mine. I don’t hate it but don’t think I’ll ever watch it again

Bro when the description said he was socially inept I thought he was gonna be like hella awkward but no like he’s kinda evil. The movie is cute though the acting is not the best ever but it’s good. Recommending Happiness to a very normal looking couple who are looking for a comedy is fucking diabolical work though. I appreciate his love for Todd solondz cause sameeee. I want to talk to him about welcome to the doll house and then tell him he didn’t get it ❤️.

I liked this movie. Sweet, but I held a lot of bitter-sweetness for Lawrence.

Arguably my favourite Canadian Film. Chandler Levack created a timeless film that’ll be forever fun & relatable, and she’s a creative genius!!

Not a fan of this remotely and I also like movies , this was just so strange and made a character that was so unlikeable and at the end had basically not redeemed himself what so ever and then just moved on with his life, why was this movie made lol ?

Decent enough little flick but the main character makes it difficult because he’s so unlikeable. Played well, though. But the standout for me was Romina D’Ugo as Alana.
