Motherhood and the expectations put on women in today’s society were big things I took away from this. The body horror got to me too

I did really like this but I wish there was more. The scenes were slow and creepy, but that led to very few scary moments as so much of it felt dragged out. Still very good, but I would have loved more of the horrifying imagery.

This was a stressful, beautiful and horrifying experience.

very atmospheric and metaphor-rich. overt body horror as a representation of the horror of pregnancy is something seemingly so obvious, yet you don't see movies using that plot too much. the horror accumulated and peaked almost at the very end, which i thought this movie did well

74/100 more a mental condition flick to me - some history there before the pregnancy (hormonal imbalance) - however the ending was spot on (last 2 minutes)

one of the best metaphors for undesired pregnancy I've seed. it's not spooky, if that's what you want to see, but it's uncomfortable and beautifully done.

7.6 - a little folk horror, little religious horror, little body horror all come together very well. I appreciate the lack of reliance on jump scares, instead committing to a permeating creepy atmosphere. I wish it dove into the lore a little deeper but it doesn’t detract at all.

It’s very good, plot could be better tho

Creepy with some strong allegory mixed in. The bone breaking sounds were chilling. Yet, it needed a bit more to be a great movie.

A little hard to follow at times but I loved it and I love the message of the ending. 9/10
