Rewatched it in dub, oh god, changed my whole perspective. The story is about growth which I didn’t get first time I saw it in jap. The music, the visuals, the charming story. It’s beautiful. It feels like how a princess movie should be. The soundtrack is bomb af 9/10

Probably my favorite studio ghibli movie! Such a cute movie with very beautiful animation. I loved that old man dog he was so funny. And the bedroom with all the jewels and trinkets was so pretty

This is one of my top movies of all time. I have owned it on DVD for as long as I can remember. It’s better than spirited away in my opinion, and I would go as far as to say it’s one of the greatest, if not THE greatest anime movie ever made

I didn’t really understand what was happening other than Howl is hot asf and him and Sophie are really cute. Also enjoyed the found family aspect 😋 and the animation, especially the background, was really good

this movie actually sucks whoever wrote this must’ve been on acid or something.

Ok but I was real confused,like in the end if she had broken the curse and turns out she did but they did not get rid of her grey hair. To break the curse all you needed was self confidence. The reason why it confused me was because she looked like her normal self when a grandma.

I really love the characters and the animation! Everyone is so cute, even the witch of the waste, and I love a good happily ever after.

The story is almost the least of it, more important is what is beyond the story: genuine emotion, beauty, a meditation on age and love.
