House of Wax Reviews

This was so fun and quirky. I loved the story, Sue and Cathy’s dynamic and personality’s, that insane beginning sequence with the fire, and I can’t believe the remake is a gritty 2000’s slasher, but it also makes sense in a cool way. I liked this way more than I expected.

It was good in the beginning but towards the end it was meh

Vincent Price will forever be an icon.

Museums are the great devil

Great suspense and horror throughout, this is my idea of horror with suspenseful story and music rather than relying on Gore and blood

It did not end how I thought it would. Pretty well done!

terrifying! the first time I watched it I had to sleep with the lights on!

I love the way this movie looks, 1953 as 1902. One of Vincent price’s best horror movies in my opinion. It’s just really cool.

Horror + mystery + Vincent Price = hell yeah!!!

This movie is so creepy. It is very clear what is going on from the beginning but it is still interesting to see how the main character avoids doom.

Incredible visual and make up for it’s time, was a good watch

Decent enough mystery, creepy. Unfortunately it’s of it’s time and didn’t bring much

Incredible visuals that added to the incredible acting and plot. A must watch for fans of classic horror and Vincent Price!

Remarkably creepy, even by today’s standards. Very original plot and idea and a dazzling performance by Vincent Price.

Another movie that contributed to my love off horror!
