Hot Milk is one of those very indie movies. It’s moody, intimate, and quietly absorbing. Emma Mackey shines with her dialogue and emotional turmoil. The ending, though, felt a bit unfinished, like it stopped just short of full closure. Still an interesting watch overall.

Good performances from the actresses, but that doesn't save the film. The story seems interesting and the setting helps, but the plot unfolds leaving you wondering "..aaand?" It's like something's missing, like a part of the story...idk.

So much in this film. I really enjoyed its complexity. The mum was so full of everything.

Grief and how your past affects you. Plus whw (women hating women) energy. Beautiful film, crazy ending. I want to know more, the deeper meaning.
