I hate men so much

Crude and real.

The fact that there are men who take pride in murdering women in the name of their faith is beyond fucked up. How anyone can justify killing with religion is beyond me. The courtroom scene where everyone was laughing and praising the killer made me sick as hell but it also shows just how backward that culture is. An overall hard-hitting but super important watch, really showed the inhumanity some will commit in the name of their beliefs

Brilliantly done. An absolutely searing yet thoughtful take on the clash of women's injustice, fanatical religion, corruption and the erasure of morality in modern Iran.

Profound and disturbing.

This movie made me SO ANGRY. To think that even now in some places women are seen as second class citizens is infuriating. To think that stupid men take pride in killing women in the name of religion.

Mehdi Bajestani and Zahra Amir Ebrahimi are stellar in this

I hate hate hate how well this movie made me feel so uncomfortable. The actors did so well and truly made me sick to see men like this.

this was like the most disgusting shit i’ve ever seen in my entire life. i’m traumatized.

Gripping story based on true events in Iran. A tough watch as a woman but an important story. This one’s really graphic, had to watch some scenes like 🫣.

To be honest I was scared! But it was a controversial subject so yeah I like it.
