A lot of people make jokes about this movie online this movie is actually really good and sad

i’m trying to watch more black tv and this reminded me of why i can’t binge black movies. so good though. every two seconds holiday has his hands on his chest. SILAS WAS SOOOO BADDDD

Rushed opening races to brutality before earning it, but it hits hardest when she tells her daughter she’s scared—a human moment. Choosing men and drugs over kids is baffling. I liked the religious through-line, though campy moments and weak acting undercut it. Costumes win

Amazing movie

I grew up watching this and I love it. Watch at you own pace through. And I will also say this does target how a mother/father relationship w/ their children can affect their growth. Exciting yet a very pointless relation without understanding the cause!
