It’s that bad, don’t even bother. This sequel dismantles everything that made the original special. The alien retcon is baffling, the story incoherent, and the tone wildly inconsistent. It’s a rare sequel that actively damages its own franchise.

This movie is simply horrible, but I keep coming back to watch it over again. So bad it’s iconic.
