Every Robert De Niro movie needs to be cut in half

DUDE, DUDE… then like, dude… This is one of my favorite crime movies of all time. As dumb or childish as this sounds, if you have played gta or any other heist game, you have to watch this. The heists are great and the second half of this movie has you on the edge of your seat.

Heat (1995) is pure cinema. Not just a heist film, but a deep character study. Pacino and De Niro are incredible, and the diner scene is legendary. You end up rooting for both sides. Absolute masterpiece.

Meh. Way too long, too many characters without developing them. Random arcs that go nowhere and holy plot armor. This movie could’ve been 90 mins long if it was even slightly realistic. The acting was great, the writing and direction was terrible.
