Holy shit this is a heavy movie. And the monster isn’t even the scariest element in the movie. That mom is a bitch!

Fantastic film—eerie, poetic, thoughtful—we discussed it for days afterwards.

The movie can feel a bit slow, but I found it quite enjoyable. Its pacing feels pretty reasonable once you understand what the message is behind it. One of the best foreign moves I’ve seen.

I do not understand all the great reviews. I was bored 20 minutes and didn’t even care to see what was going to happen.

this was a very odd movie, but I enjoyed it. a little confusing as the film goes on, but interesting watch

wonderful foreign movie. tells the main characters struggle through the monster. very well put together!

Malisima

Swedish horror at its best, this kitschy looking setting is a drastic contrast to the subject matter. Love little kids and monsters and this delivers on both.

Couldn’t get into it. It was a bit odd.
