pretty good, i’m going to actually try and watch all the movies this time lol. i also watched the magical movie mod version of this movie and i appreciate it so much more, watching good films like this, it’s easy to get wrapped up in it and not realize how hard it is so actually+

Brilliant film

Watched with my girlfriend, pretty funny. Didn't like Neville

Rewatched for the first time in ages. Soundtrack is really good, especially the leaving Hogwarts music, amazing. For child actors they are all quite good, for most of the movie. Plot isn’t strongest but it’s very memorable. Love how childish it is aswell, perfect first movie.

the start of an era

Just such a wonderful start to the franchise, there really isn't much to say. One thing I absolutely loved was (unlike Fantastic Beasts) it really sets up the threat and "what to look for," RIGHT from the first movie, it just keeps you hooked right until the end, beautifully done

When the first book came out, I read it. It sucked. Didn’t make it halfway and I gave it away. Years later the movie franchise started. It too sucked and I’ve only ever seen the first two. Also, JK Rowling can take a long walk off a short pier. She’s an awful and nasty person.

Harry Potter j’ai jamais vraiment regardé, juste des extraits. Et pourtant la magie/sorciers c’est grave mon délire. Mais vu le nombre de films/livres, c’est trop long pour moi, j’me lancerai jamais dedans. J’aurais sûrement + accroché plus jeune, là à l’heure actuelle non.

After listening to the book, this movie was drastically downgraded for me. I understand you have to fit a whole book into two hours, but they cut some major parts. The transitions between scenes were so fast, and I feel like they missed the powerful emotional ending. Still magic!
