Why does Draco get worse for each movie?

8/10 Great. Inaugurating the “beginning of the end,” this film has some major moments that prove crucial. Though not many new characters are introduced, some previously backburner ones get the spotlight and relationships are strengthened. Only issue is a distracting filter.
