This movie was well done, the dark comedy was perfect, the cinematography was memorable, the soundtrack put it all together. They make such a pair, Maude is a riot. The age gap questionable but made sense for their characters. 8/10

Harold falling in love with Maude kinda took me out of it, but despite that, I loved both of their characters, and the dark humor is surprising for the time and quite hilarious. The ending is a gut punch but also beautiful, so I'm glad I took the chance on this one.

Beautiful execution to my favourite themes of all time. I need a 2-hour talk session with Maude so bad ugh.

One of the weirdest movies ever. But for some reason I can watch it over and over.

a deadpan dramedy masterpiece with music and visuals almost as perfect as the lead performances. with a sharp and self-aware script and a ridiculously fresh perspective for its time, harold and maude is a joyous and life-affirming film for nihilists of all ages. tremendous

A very bizarre take of romance which is quite deadpan and weird. I value how odd this makes you feel. Not for everyone but I find it fascinating when a young person has an old soul. An acquired taste but if you want something odd give this a go.

A dark comedy that has a lot to say about being yourself and living your life audaciously. It makes some odd choices, but it's still very good. 8/10

the age gap is weird. even as they are married, they are more like friends in my eyes.
