Happy Death Day

enjoyed it! (: super exciting & stylish film, tho obviously repetitive. pretty much a blueprint of the type of lighthearted scary movies i like. i used to hate the idea of slasher comedies until i found ones like this, and now i have many favorites like scary movie, tuck & dale.

One of my favorite horror movies. It combines horror and humor so well!

Jessica Rothe is perfect for this film. She has the right amount of comedy but will make a scene have a deep meaning with her acting. Rothe can make you hate her for one minute and then like her the next. I ship carter and tree sue me. 5/5 stars.

Not convinced with the end

this is such a fun and clever twist on the horror genre! it’s like groundhog day and scream all in one—funny, suspenseful, and somewhat emotional. tree’s character development was a nice touch. i loved the blend of humor, mystery, and heart!
