The og “EVIL DIES TONIGHT✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻”💀 maybe it’s the nostalgia because this was my childhood Halloween movie, but I freaking love it. That lil girl Jamie acted her ass off, I think the ultra smooth featureless mask is fr scary (even if it’s also goofy) and the shots are SO good.

4/10 Michael’s mask looked awful in this. It was comical how bad it was. It’s basically the same film as 1/2 but I’ll still watch them all

I think I may owe this movie another watch because I did not enjoy this on my first time, I found it boring with bad pacing, the end was exciting

Its uniqueness lies in revival. It confidently returns to Michael after the third film’s flop side story. Decent return, but too by-the-numbers. Some good kills, but little suspense. It feels like it’s checking boxes, not building fear.

Solid continuation of the story with enough elements to keep it interesting

- The movie was entertaining I can’t lie, but this movie had so many plot holes
- How tf is Loomis alive???
- When did Laurie die like wtff?
- Poor kid man she ain’t even do nothing besides exist
