H Is for Hawk Reviews

Very basic story

Cambridge is one of my favorite places

Bought a hawk and let her life fall apart. It was extremely slow, lacked emotion, writing was bad. Her speech, her eulogy felt insignificant. There was no resolution. The only cool part was the bird. The hunting scene in the trees was sick.

Book is much better but this is okay

Genuinely dont think a movie as ever made me cry so much

6/10

Not Kes though, is it

5.5/10, it was a sweet movie with a good message, and Claire Foy and Brendan Gleason deliver on their performance. I liked the chemistry between Claire and Mable, but the movie dragged in some scenes and didn’t feel as emotional as it could’ve been. It was a fun watch though!
