would say i enjoy avengers more than guardians but safe to say gotg has the best soundtracks 💯

8.8 - it has a few issues, but I think what it comes down to, to make this still one of the A tier MCU entries, is that it is unabashedly itself. James Gunn had his vision and executed it. It’s unique and loud and irreverent, and it knows it. And I love that.

A great follow up to the first one. While not as great, but still holds up comparably to other MCU movies. Yondu definitely elevates it. 8.1/10

I liked this movie but forgot to write a review, now its been so long idk what to write here as my initial feelings towards the movie are lost

Maybe i’ll rewatch this and come back in the future

i love baby groot so much. the soundtrack mixed with the action makes it’s so much more enjoyable for a non-action lover. I enjoy actually getting to understand each characters backstory and connection. Phenomenal movie. Shed a single tear at the end.

This movie isn’t very good. Way too much standing around for a big chunk of the film. But it’s not as bad as some say. The guardians cast is good enough to still make a not so great script relatively entertaining. 4 post credit scenes though? Can we cut that down?

So much better than the first

it’s known that the second movie of a trilogy is always the weakest one, and this film isn’t an exception.
however, it was still super good, even if some parts were slow and peter’s father wasn’t an enjoyable character.
fire soundtrack, obviously.
